Overview of the job
As Influencer enters a bold new chapter of innovation and operational excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking AI Operations Executive to drive forward critical, high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
This role will focus on the deployment of automation, artificial intelligence (AI), and smarter operational design to enhance how we work, serve our clients, and stay ahead of the market.

Measures of success –
In the first few months, you would have:
Delivered on a number of AI and automation initiatives, prioritised by business impact.
Launched several small-scale automation projects across creator discovery, campaign management, or internal workflows, with measurable efficiency gains.
Helped roll out an internal AI education programme in partnership with L&D.
Supported the successful launch of at least one client-facing or creator-facing AI-enhanced solution.
Success Metrics
Project Delivery: Number and quality of automation and AI projects successfully deployed.
Operational Efficiency: Measurable reductions in time/cost/complexity of key internal workflows.
AI Integration: Percentage of targeted workflows successfully transitioned to AI-enhanced processes.
Knowledge Sharing: Number of educational sessions, internal comms updates, and employee engagement with AI initiatives.
Cultural Shift: Improvements in innovation and forward-thinking sentiment in internal surveys.
Roles & Responsibilities
Increase Efficiency & Automation
Audit and map current internal processes; identify and prioritise opportunities for automation.
Scope, recommend, and oversee the deployment of AI and automation tools across key workflows, with a focus on creator discovery, content management, and administrative tasks.
Improve Client (Brand & Creator) Experience
Deploy AI-driven tools that enhance brand and creator journeys.
Introduce predictive analytics or intelligent systems to improve campaign outcomes and satisfaction.
Enhance Decision-Making
Enable smarter, faster decision-making by embedding AI into reporting, campaign management, and performance optimisation processes.
Support a Culture of Innovation & Curiosity
Support initiatives that encourage teams to experiment with emerging technologies.
Support the introduction of innovation awards, pilot programmes, and brainstorming workshops.
Collaboration
Work independently with delegated priorities, while collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
Work closely with the CVO, Operations Director, VP of Engineering, and Product teams to ensure initiatives are grounded in real business needs.
Style of Working
Highly independent and outcome-driven, with minimal supervision required.
Prioritises project delivery above all, while contributing to other departments where appropriate.
Hands-on, collaborative, and proactive.
What you will need
Strong understanding of AI applications in business operations (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, predictive analytics).
Experience implementing SaaS, low-code/no-code, or AI solutions is highly desirable.
Excellent project management skills: ability to prioritise, plan, and deliver at pace.
Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of a business.
Passion for operational excellence, innovation, and learning.
Experience working independently and managing projects with minimal oversight.
A hands-on, can-do mentality – willing to roll up sleeves and get stuck into implementation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
