Overview of the job
As a Creator Partnerships Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of discovering, evaluating, and curating the next wave of creator talent. You’ll blend cultural intuition with data intelligence — identifying creators who are shaping conversations, innovating formats, and driving meaningful engagement for brands.
Identify talent: proactively and reactively source creators for pre-sale pitches, proactive initiatives, and post-sale campaigns using direction from Impact, Client Services, and Brand Partnerships teams.
Contract administration: build and support the creation of creator contracts, collaborating closely with campaign Creator leads to ensure final agreements accurately reflected before they are sent out.

Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:
Immerse yourself in Influencer’s sourcing systems, data tools, and platform integrations.
Built and shared initial creator rosters aligned with key client verticals (beauty, gaming, travel, tech, etc.).
Developed strong cross-functional relationships with Client Services, Brand Partnerships, Strategy, and Creative teams.
Delivered accurate, well-rationalized creator recommendations for campaign briefs for both pre-sale pitches and post-sale campaigns.
Monitored cultural trends and produced regular insight reports on creators and how they show up on different platforms.
Roles & responsibilities:
Creator Sourcing & Discovery
Proactively identify emerging and established creators across TikTok, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), YouTube, Snap, Twitch, and Pinterest.
Track content trends, creator trends, and highlight any shifts you’re seeing about how creators are using new platform features.
Build and maintain curated creator rosters by vertical for use in pitching and rapid campaign responses, primarily focusing on creators based in North America.
Monitor creator momentum, growth, and audience sentiment using internal tools and platform insights.
Assessment & Qualification
Evaluate creators using both qualitative measures (authenticity, storytelling, brand alignment) and quantitative data (engagement rate, reach, growth).
Conduct thorough brand safety checks, including content review, audience integrity, and historical brand partnership analysis.
Partner with internal teams to ensure shortlist accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
Roster Development & Brief Response
Lead the creation of indicative creator lists that show how campaign ideas can come to life.
Translate creative briefs into actionable sourcing frameworks that reflect diversity across platforms, audience demographics, and storytelling styles.
Prepare polished, client-ready creator proposals including rationale and gain the ability to provide estimated pricing and performance context.
Relationship Management & Industry Expertise
Act as a point of contact for early-stage creator relationships to support future partnerships.
Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes, creator economy shifts, and monetization trends.
Provide context and insights to internal teams to inform negotiation and partnership strategy.
Utilize relationships with top talent agents and agencies to ensure we are tapping into the latest and greatest talent options.
Data, Tools & Operational Excellence
Use CRM and talent management systems (e.g. Sprout Social, IQ Data, Waves) to organize and tag creator data.
Support continuous improvement of Influencer’s sourcing database, tagging systems, and best practices.
Help evolve our sourcing framework and technology stack to improve efficiency and scale.
What you will need:
3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator strategy roles.
Passion for social media, culture, and storytelling — with a sharp eye for emerging talent.
Solid understanding of major and emerging platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Twitch, Snap, Pinterest).
Deep existing understanding of the US market and creators producing content in and for the market.
Experience using influencer discovery and analytics tools (CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, or similar tools).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple briefs simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present creator rationale clearly.
Collaborative mindset — comfortable partnering across creative, strategy, and data teams.
