Overview of the job
As the Senior Account Executive, you will be working within the Client Services team. In this exciting role you will be working directly with some of our most high profile clients and social platforms. The Senior Account Executive plays a key role in building and maintaining our relationships with creators, bringing the best client service to our clients.

Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:
Met the team: Spent 1:1 with your manager and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the overall structure.
Familiarized yourself with key processes: Particular reference to our internal campaign trackers, sourcing, and creator selection processes.
Learned our key systems: Reference to Slack, Google Workspace, IQ Data, and Waves.
Established creator comms understanding: Identify creators, contact/negotiate with them, and onboard them to Waves.
Creator management: Draft contracts using our internal processes and platforms, work on creator briefs, deliver creator lists including outsource reach out negotiations and management of creators, share creator guidelines across campaigns.
Initiated minimal client interaction: Answer client questions when on-ground and support client comms on calls and via email with help from the manager.
Roles & responsibilities:
Independently manage defined campaign workstreams from creator sourcing and contracting through content approval, launch, payment and reporting
Support/manage campaign timelines and pacing, proactively identifying risks, communicating potential impacts and recommending solutions before deadlines are affected
Own day-to-day creator and talent-management communication for assigned campaigns, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations, deliverables and deadlines are clear
Lead creator research, vetting, sourcing, outreach and negotiations within approved campaign parameters, escalating commercial or contractual exceptions appropriately
Maintain accurate campaign information across Waves, TikTok One, campaign trackers and other applicable data sources, performing quality-control checks throughout execution
Review creator concepts and content against the campaign brief, approved creative direction, contractual requirements, platform guidelines and brand-safety considerations
Track creator costs and campaign pacing against approved budgets, flagging potential variances or scope changes to the Account Manager or senior campaign lead.
Contribute to end-of-campaign reporting by validating data, identifying performance insights and helping translate results into clear client-facing takeaways
Provide task-level guidance and quality control for Account Executives, sharing context and feedback while remaining accountable for the accuracy of assigned workstreams
Consistently demonstrate sound judgment, proactive communication and strong ownership, escalating issues with appropriate context and a recommended path forward
What you will need:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an influencer marketing
Experience working across major social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest or Snapchat
Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple creator campaigns, creator communications, or substantial campaign workstreams simultaneously
Experience managing creator and talent-management relationships, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, content approvals and launch coordination
Experience with high-volume creator programs, UGC or micro-creator campaigns is a plus.
Strong project-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines, manage dependencies and proactively identify delivery risks
Excellent attention to detail, including experience performing quality control across campaign trackers, contracts, content requirements and reporting data
A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others including junior members
sound judgment and a solutions-oriented approach, including the ability to determine when to resolve an issue independently and when escalation is required
Strong written, verbal, and negotiation skills
Ability to interpret core campaign metrics and contribute to reporting insights and recommendations
Experience using creator-marketing platforms, project-management tools or campaign-reporting systems is a plus
