Influencer are going through a period of exceptional growth. As part of this, the People Team are growing and we're looking for an exceptional People Partner to support the charge, and curate the best possible experiences for Influencer employees.
Alongside our People Director, you will have the chance to help shape & implement our global people strategy. Our vision is to curate an outstanding people experience, from the moment we first speak to a candidate, throughout the employee lifecycle.
You will get to form deep partnering relationships with heads of departments and managers, to ensure a consistent Influencer approach, designed to suit the teams' unique needs.
This role will be critical in supporting Influencer to maintain the amazing culture we have created through this exciting period of growth.

High-Impact Regional Buildout - Beyond executing routine processes, you’ll be working directly alongside our People Director as a true right-hand partner to scale and build out the People function for Influencer’s fastest-growing region. Your work will directly shape our regional strategy, processes, and growth foundation from the ground up.

Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:
Fully embedded into the team – You’ll have built strong relationships with key stakeholders, from hiring managers to employees, understanding their needs and how HR can support them.
Gained confidence in our HR and TA tools – You’ll be comfortable using HiBob (HRIS) and Team Tailor (ATS), ensuring accurate data management, reporting, and a seamless candidate experience.
Owned key HR processes – From onboarding new hires to managing probation check-ins and handling employee queries, you’ll be ensuring smooth People operations
Roles & responsibilities:
Regional People Operations & People Administration
Own day-to-day People operations and general administration for the region, serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries across the full employee lifecycle.
Lead seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, including initial background checks, document compliance (e.g., I-9 verification), system access setups, and exit workflows, with the goal of automation where possible
Serve as the regional subject matter expert on all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness initiatives, guiding employees through inquiries, managing open enrollment, and optimizing provider utilization via Insperity.
Support payroll processing and data auditing and thoroughly reconciling payroll data prior to submitting reports to the People Director for final approval.
Strategic People Partnership
Work closely alongside the People and Operations Director to design, scale, and establish People processes that will facilitate growth and
Build strong relationships with local managers, offering guidance on routine employee inquiries, performance management support, and relaying team-specific initiatives.
Identify workflow bottlenecks and help implement scalable People initiatives, policies, and employee engagement programs tailored to the region's unique needs.
Monitor local labor law compliance and generate regional People metrics/dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Culture & Employee Experience
Champion Influencer’s core values, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging efforts across regional programs.
Assist in organizing team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and localized onboarding touches to maintain an engaging, high-performance culture.
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Support
Offering Talent Acquisition support by sourcing and building candidate pipelines. Proactively source, screen, and engage candidate pipelines for regional roles to support Influencer’s rapid growth.
Manage interview scheduling, maintain the Applicant Tracking System, draft offer letters, and ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
What you will need:
3+ years of progressive experience supporting the People and Talent functions, ideally within a fast-paced agency or start-up environment.
Proficient in HRIS administration and record-keeping, with experience leveraging HR systems to streamline core people processes
Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices in the US
Solid understanding of core HR practices, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and end-to-end candidate experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building trust, credibility, and effective relationships across the organization.
High adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, with comfort navigating changing business priorities while advocating for an inclusive workplace culture.
