Overview of the job
Reporting directly to the VP, Partnerships, you will maintain partnerships status with existing platform partnerships across TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Snap, Pinterest and more. You will find and drive revenue and innovation opportunities from existing and new platform partners while playing a key role in communicating, operationalizing and educating partnership updates, growth etc, internally.
This is a critical, full-time temporary contract role serving as maternity coverage for the Executive Director of Partnerships. This position is essential for maintaining momentum and providing seamless support to our key partners.

Mastered the “Influencer Way”: Gained a comprehensive understanding of our unique agency capabilities, our proprietary technology, and our specific value proposition to platform partners to maximize mutual success and campaign results.
Established Deep Relationship Continuity: Successfully transitioned and solidified relationships with key contacts at TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and Snap; you are now the trusted "main point of contact" and are proactively managing the partnership pipeline.
Roles & responsibilities:
Manage existing relationships with platform partners at TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Snap, Pinterest and more, serving as the main point of contact between each platform and the agency.
Build relationships with all platforms to grow a pipeline of potential new partnerships beneficial to the agency’s growth and offerings.
Ensure all criteria for our ‘badged’ status with each of our partners are met with a focus on maintaining a strong working relationship.
Alongside sales lead, track revenue for each platform partner and report on progress to the VP of Sales and Group Director of Client Services.
Support a verticalized Sales team with new opportunities and relationship management across all platform partners.
Educate the US team on partnership, process or innovation changes occurring with our partners through developing resources, leading educational sessions, specific decks to support the relationships and platform narratives, and more.
Collaborate with internal global stakeholders to ensure consistency across partnership throughout the full Influencer global ecosystem
Partners cross functionally in pre and post sale to ensure platform partner insights are up to date, support on product questions, invoicing, and overall feedback on partnership opportunities.
Provide regular market feedback to our product and marketing teams to aid in the development of our offering and to ensure alignment with our platform partnerships.
Collaborate with platform marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing plans, including co-branded events, webinars, and thought leadership content that elevate the agency’s profile and reinforce our 'badged' partner status.
Oversee development of all platform partner case studies which includes partnering with marketing and client services to receive reporting data and work with design to ensure completion.
What you will need:
5+ years of experience at an agency or platform.
Ability to be a self starter and to take control of opportunities with strong revenue skills, with an understanding of targets and how to execute against them.
Understanding of platform products, data, and implementation, with the ability to act as a key stakeholder internally and externally, overseeing all capabilities and best practices related to product.
Skilled in client relationship strategy and management, with a proven track record of delivering on client needs via innovative solutions.
Excellent proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders.
Extensive knowledge of the broader competitive landscape, capable of staying on top of relevant market trends and platform updates.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing competing demands, and delivering results within deadlines.
