Overview of the job
As an Account Executive, you will work within the Client Services team. This role is tasked with overseeing and executing brand campaigns in post sale by delivering best in class client service, supporting your team by keeping the wheels on the bus - keeping the team organized throughout campaign execution, ensuring all creator contracts are sent and countersigned, supporting team members in reviewing concepts and content, flagging when content is live, and confirm all details are in for creator payments.

Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:
Met the team: Spent 1:1 with your manager and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the overall structure of the pod.
Familiarized yourself with key processes: Particular reference to our internal campaign trackers, sourcing, and creator selection processes.
Learned our key systems: Reference to Slack, Google Workspace, IQ Data, Sprout Social, and Waves.
Understanding creator comms + sourcing: Identify creators, shadow negotiations with them, and onboard them to Waves.
Creator management: Draft contracts using our internal processes and platforms, work on creator briefs, deliver creator lists via creator sourcing, and support management of creators, and share creator guidelines across campaigns.
Initiated minimal client interaction: Answer client questions when on-ground and support client comms on calls and via email with help from the manager.
Roles & responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest and Snapchat
Review creator concepts and content against the approved brief, creative direction, deliverable requirements and platform guidelines, escalating questions or concerns to the appropriate team member
Continue building knowledge of creators, social platforms, campaign execution and influencer-marketing best practices
Support creator and talent-management communication, including coordinating deliverables, deadlines, contracts, briefing materials and required campaign information.
Support creator research, vetting, sourcing and outreach based on the campaign strategy, target audience, diversity considerations and brand-safety requirements
Set up and maintain campaigns across our platform Waves and other required systems, including creator contracts, briefs, content, payment information and reporting inputs.
Ensure campaign information is accurate and consistent across Waves, TikTok One, campaign trackers and other applicable data sources
Supporting senior team members with daily campaign statuses and updates, and ensuring campaign trackers, checklists, and deadlines are clearly updated and accurate
Support the preparation of client-facing materials, including status updates, call recaps, creator lists and end-of-campaign reports.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accountability for assigned tasks, communicating progress and escalating blockers promptly
What you will need:
Minimum of 1 year experience in an influencer marketing role
Must have experience sourcing and outreaching to creators/agents, as well as executing campaigns
Must bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to ask questions, take feedback and learn quickly
Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
High energy and ability to multitask, staying calm under pressure, with a real ability to quickly prioritize assignments and deadlines across several projects
A proven team player, with a proactive and positive approach to achieving goals and supporting the work of others
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally
Good judgment regarding when to act independently and when to escalate a question, risk or delay
Basic understanding of campaign execution and reporting metrics (impressions, views, CPM, VCR, ER, etc.)
Experience with creator-marketing platforms, project-management tools or campaign-reporting systems is a plus
