Overview of the job
The Affiliate Community Manager is responsible for growing and nurturing Influencer’s cross-platform social commerce and affiliate-creator ecosystem across EMEA. This role recruits, activates and manages a high-volume community of creators, driving consistent content output, engagement and measurable performances across affiliate networks, TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce channels.
As the connective tissue between brands and creator communities, you will design the communication, education and incentive structures that ensure our creator communities reflect a diverse consumer base, while driving measurable, scroll-stopping impact.

Activate creators at true scale
Manage and inspire hundreds of affiliate creators across TikTok Shop, traditional affiliate networks, and emerging social commerce platforms, driving the volume and output that fuels real revenue impact for our clients.
Operate at the intersection of culture and conversion
Work across global brands and multiple commerce channels, turning creator-first content into consistent performance outcomes, shaping the future of social shopping and affiliate-creator growth in EMEA.
Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:
Embedded into the EMEA Commerce team and built strong working relationships across Client Services, Creative Operations, Growth and Paid Media.
Developed a clear understanding of Influencer’s Commerce & Affiliate framework, creator tiers, and cross-platform commerce ecosystem (affiliate networks, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce).
Audited existing creator pools and communication workflows, identifying early opportunities to improve engagement, posting rate, and community engagement.
Successfully recruited and onboarded new affiliate creators aligned to campaign and always-on client needs.
Supported the activation of live affiliate programs by driving measurable creator output across at least one client portfolio.
Established foundational community infrastructure (communication channels, briefs and feedback loops) to support scalable growth.
Built confidence in how your role directly fuels performance outcomes through creator volume and high-converting cohorts.
Roles & responsibilities:
Identify, onboard and scale a high-quality community of affiliate creators across multiple brand portfolios.
Manage and activate hundreds of creators at scale through structured community levers, not 1:1 dependency.
Design and implement scalable community infrastructure, including communication channels & frequency, educational material, engagement tactics, and incentive mechanics.
Drive consistent creator output across affiliate networks, TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Meta Commerce, and livestream formats.
Coach creators on affiliate and social commerce best practices to ensure content is conversion-focused and platform-native.
Increase active creator rates, posting frequency, and overall content volume across programmes.
Monitor community health and engagement, proactively identifying and addressing performance gaps.
Collaborate with Client Services, Creative Operations and Growth to align creator activation with broader client and performance objectives.
Contribute to the evolution of Influencer’s affiliate community playbooks and scalable activation frameworks.
What you will need:
3+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, or creator community management (experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate networks e.g. Impact, Awin, CJ etc. is a major plus)
A strategic thinker with a passion for building affiliate communities at scale, empowering creators through high-impact education and performance-led development
Strong understanding of affiliate and shoppable content - and what makes it convert vs. organic brand content.
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable increases in creator output, engagement, and participation.
Comfort operating as an individual contributor within a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
A systems mindset, able to design scalable community processes rather than rely on 1:1 management.
Strong communication skills, able to motivate, educate, and inspire creators at scale.
Analytical instincts, with the ability to interpret performance signals and translate them into action.
